You can earn free credits by claiming daily rewards (just open the app each day), building login streaks for bonus credits, or inviting friends. You can also purchase credit packs directly in the app.
Generations can fail due to content policy violations, server load, or network issues. If credits were deducted for a failed generation, please contact support with the generation details and we'll investigate.
Sign in with the same account (Google, Apple, or X) that you used to make the original purchase. Your credits and purchase history are linked to your account and will sync automatically.
Credits are digital goods and generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, contact our support team and we'll work to resolve your issue.
You can request account deletion by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
For image uploads, we support JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Generated images are delivered in PNG format. Videos are delivered in MP4 format, and audio files in MP3 format.
